PARDON THE LOOK... WE’RE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOW-UP

Built by women, for women...

Especially the ones the system often overlooks.

Still Essential. Just Expanded.

Our essential packs are here to stay:

We will continue providing essential items, lunch packs and supporting women during challenging times in conjunction with our community partners and to local schools - that hasn't changed.

But we have noticed a gap in support for women:

Long-term wellbeing requires more than emergency support, it requires knowledge, structure, and environments where women can strengthen their capacity before things unravel.

This next stage reflects that understanding, we are building a community for women in the middle, a community that supports the invisible impact of the everyday, without needed to be in crisis.

The data is clear:

Women carry the majority of unpaid care and domestic responsibility, often 12+ more hours per week than men while navigating work, caregiving, and the mental load.

Balancing care roles: women are disproportionately managing the care of children, partners, and agin parents simultaneously.

Perimenopause: among women currently experiencing perimenopause, 66% report anxiety or depression, and 33% of women aged 40–59 report perimenopausal anxiety/depression as a significant concern.
Yet only 43% seek professional help, with many reporting dismissive or inadequate care.

ADHD tells a similar story.

While overall ADHD prevalence in women sits at 14%, rates in women aged 30–49 remain significant (18% in 30–39; 15% in 40–49).
Many older women remain undiagnosed, shaped by decades where ADHD in females was under-recognised. Hormonal change in midlife can intensify symptoms, bringing lifelong coping patterns into sharp focus.

Gender super gap: women are often have significantly less financial security due to career interruptions and gender pay gap, which leads to increase risk in safety, housing and health and wellbeing.

And yet, support remains fragmented.
- Too clinical.
- Too crisis-focused.
- Too expensive.
Or not gender-informed.

We think it's about time things change....
